The term "Farm Bureau® Insurance of Michigan" refers to the following Michigan insurance corporations and their affiliates: Farm Bureau® Life Insurance Company of Michigan; Farm Bureau® Mutual Insurance Company of Michigan; Farm Bureau® General Insurance Company of Michigan; and FB Equity Sales Corporation of Michigan, and these insurance companies are sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Farm Bureau® Insurance", “we”, or “us”.
